Where are the main uses of Grid double-sided trays

Grid double-sided trays are mainly used in heavy-duty stacking, automated warehousing, cold chain/food and pharmaceutical, chemical, port cross-border and other scenarios due to their double-sided availability, strong load-bearing capacity, good ventilation, acid and alkali resistance. They are suitable for mechanical forklifts and AGVs, but not for manual hydraulic vehicles (ground oxen).
Core application scenarios
1. Automated three-dimensional warehouse/high-level shelves
Suitable for AGV, stacker crane, four-way forklift, with correct size, suitable for high-density storage and unmanned operation.
Tobacco, e-commerce, electronic warehouse: batch turnover, shelf stacking, dynamic load of 1.5 tons, static load of 6 tons.
2. Food, Medicine, and Cold Chain
Food factory/cold storage: fruits and vegetables, meat, aquatic products, dairy products, grid ventilation, moisture-proof, easy to clean, low temperature resistant (-30 ℃).
Medicine: Aseptic, moisture-proof, anti pollution, in compliance with hygiene standards.
3. Chemical, fertilizer, and heavy-duty industries
Chemical/fertilizer: acid and alkali resistant, corrosion-resistant, carrying raw materials, oil drums, paint drums, grid anti liquid accumulation.
Manufacturing industry: automotive parts, hardware, battery modules, heavy goods stacking and turnover.
4. Ports, Cross border and Multimodal Transport
Port/Container: No fumigation, compatible with standard containers, four-way fork, flexible loading and unloading.
Cross border logistics: replaces wooden pallets, meets quarantine requirements, and reduces losses.
5. Other high-frequency turnover scenarios
Feed, flour, salt and sugar: loose/bagged materials, anti slip and leak proof, double-sided alternating use to extend service life.
Flat stacking without shelves: reversible, stable stacking, suitable for temporary storage and bulk turnover.
